"Amazing customer service that warmed my cold cold heart. Allen treated my entire family like his ACTUAL family, where he would buy us dinners when we run into him around the city. Meanwhile, Angela remembers me BY VOICE on the phone, which tells me that she also treated me as a real person, not just another random customer. Add those to the typical goodness from State Farm as an insurance provider, and you just can’t help but to continue and work with them. Seriously, I love these folks!!"

"In the age of self help servicing, it seem having an agency office to manage insurance issues is no longer necessary, that is until you need to file a claim. The attentive staff provided valuable information on buying the right coverages and on many occasions, provided support on finding/contacting service venders on claims like water pipe leaks or body shop after an accident. I have been tempted to switch insurance based on price and then only to remember before SF, it was just me vs the body shop. In short, I still value the more personalized servicing in exchange for a slightly higher premium with the other insurance providers."
